We know how you feel… Remember when you could tell your parents anything? It was so nice knowing that whatever you said they would listen and support you. And then you got a little older…and you start to realize that maybe what you want and what your parent’s want for you aren’t exactly the same anymore. You want their support and encouragement but you don’t always want to hear what they think or live by their rules. But there’s good news… It doesn’t have to be so hard. Being you and letting them be who they are doesn’t have to mean constant fighting or just ignoring each other all together. Our class for teens will teach you:
- how to understand your parents fears and why that’s the root of most of your argument
- how to ask for ANYTHING and actually get them to consider saying yes
- earn your parents respect while still getting what you want
- the art of apologizing when you’re wrong and why it’s the key to ending your worst battles
There are plenty of classes for parents to figure out how to get what they want from their teens. We think it’s time to help teens talk so parents will listen and say “yes”! {at least some of the time} This class focuses on communication however each month is a special topic focus. Feel free to register for one or take advantage of the full series and register for each month.
