After purchasing your plan, you will get a immediate access to the Wellness Suite Library. Our staff will follow up with an email and phone call to provide next steps for setting up your first coaching or therapy session.
complete intake forms
Next you will complete a booking form to help us match you to the best clinician for you. Our intake team will provide you with 2-3 appointment times and information on your new coach or. therapist.
set your first appointment
Confirm your preferred appointment time and location (online or in-person) and start getting the support you need and deserve. Sessions are available at your convenience though we encourage you to plan a week or 2 in advance when requesting future sessions.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE
- Navigating Divorce- Coaching Plans are non-refundable but they are transferrable to another individual.
- Access to the GTA Wellness Suite Resource Library is included for 12 months and included sessions are valid for 2 years after purchase.
- Plans are designed for coaching however if we have a therapist in your area you can schedule therapy sessions instead.
- These plans are similar to our Wellness Suite subscriptions but they do not automatically renew. You will only be billed once. If you are interested in a more long-term or consistent approach, you can learn more here.
