request a therapy appointment
Let's get started.
Our goal is to make starting therapy an easy and personalized experience.
We do that by following the steps below:
1. YOU SUBMIT AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST
- Complete and submit the Appointment Request Form on this page
- You will immediately get an automated email with a link to our New Client Booking Form. This form gathers all the details we need to start matching you with your ideal therapist (or coach). The sooner you complete it, the faster we can get you scheduled.
- Be sure you are checking your spam folder and voicemail for our messages
2. OUR INTAKE TEAM FOLLOWS UP FOR MORE INFORMATION
- Our intake staff will contact you- first by your preferred method and then we will follow up using email or phone as needed.
- If you opt for a phone consultation, we will call you at your scheduled time and can assist you with completing the New Client Booking Form over the phone.
- Within 3-5 days of completing your phone consultation or submitting your booking form, you’ll be sent 2-3 appointments to choose from with a recommended clinician via email
3. TOGETHER WE FINALIZE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
- You respond and confirm which appointment and clinician you want to move forward with
- We will send any final billing and counseling agreement forms for you to sign via our client portal (Simple Practice)
- You begin your journey of growth and wellness with your new therapist or coach!
MOST NEW CLIENTS GO FROM APPOINTMENT REQUEST TO THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS!
