As we head into one of the last few weekends of summer it’s nice to reflect on what we’ve done and what else we want to do before the chill of autumn and busy-ness of school begins again.  Mostly I hope that you each have fond summer memories to look back on- lazy afternoons at the pool, cookouts with friends, maybe a family reunion.  But I also want you to look at the things you still want- the changes you had hoped would come this summer that you may not have implemented just yet.  Maybe it was a health goal to eat better or drop those extra pounds.  Maybe it was to work a little harder on your relationship to improve communication and have more fun together.  Or maybe it was to find a new, more fulfilling job or hobby.  Whatever the goal, I want you to ask yourself an important question today.  Why not you?

Today I want you to ask yourself this one question – “Why not you?”

Why not you to do something for work that you love?

Why not you to have a healthy body?

Why not you to have healthy love?

Why not you to be, have, or do anything you have ever dreamed?!

We are so quick to think others are deserving over ourselves. The truth is that we are all deserving so
